RESTORE's efforts are aimed at building support for policy solutions that can offer relief to communities impacted by regional air service issues and at reestablishing daily air service for rural and small community airports.

Working with Congress and the Trump Administration to create the RAMMP —a new proposed federal grant program that can better support regional airport communities by providing multi-year marketing grants for air service and updated airport infrastructure that better suits smaller airport communities.

Revitalizing and expanding the eligibility of existing programs like the Essential Air Service (EAS) and the Small Community Air Service Development Program (SCASD).

Addressing the pilot shortage, particularly in rural and small communities.

Prioritizing project funding (such as Economic Adjustment Assistance and Public Works Grants) for rural and small community airports that have lost majority of daily air service since 2020.

Creating a federal interagency, rural, and small community airport “Task Force” to identify all federal resources that can be used to encourage and incentivize the airline industry to better service rural and small community airports.
